Press Operator

Rutler Screen Printing is hiring for a press operator position at its facility in Easton, PA.  Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.  Physical Requirements:  Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for an extended period of time.Hours: Full time Monday - Friday, 7:00-3:30. Some Saturdays and overtime required.

Team Leader

In search of a Team Leader for the largest custom decorator in the Lehigh Valley.  The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience managing

3-4 operators on both manual and automatic presses.  Skills required:  Multitasking and a detailed knowledge of production flow, job scheduling, job approvals, and set up.  You must be familiar with performance materials, flashing, and curing times.
